We are happy to announce that our Museum has officially joined 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐢 𝐄𝐜𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐢 (𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐈)!

Founded in 1996, AMEI promotes collaboration among Italian ecclesiastical museums, offering a space for dialogue and comparison between very different realities, but united by a common mission: to preserve and tell the story of the Church through art, faith and culture.

For us it is an honor to join a network with more than one hundred museums scattered throughout the country, representative of the spiritual and cultural richness of our country. It is a step that strengthens our commitment to making the heritage of the Capuchin Friars, a centuries-old witness of faith, charity and beauty, accessible to all.

Can I visit the Museum for free?
Free entry to the Museum is granted to the following visitors upon presentation of a valid identification document:

Visitors with disabilities, and, if explicitly stated, their accompanying person.

National tourist guides with a professional badge.

Members of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin.

Children up to and including 6 years of age.

How can I purchase a reduced ticket?
Reduced-price tickets are available for the following categories of visitors:

Visitors aged 7 to 17 years and those over 65 years old.

Students upon presentation of a valid ID.

International tourist guides with a professional badge.

Members of religious orders.

Can I buy skip-the-line tickets?
Skip-the-line tickets are not available.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets cannot be refunded, resold, or used for a date other than the one booked.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with cash or any credit card.

Do I need to reserve tickets for children?
For children up to and including 6 years old, no reservation is required as they are entitled to free entry.

Do you offer activities for children?
The Museum offers activities dedicated to children. For more information, please consult the Educational Services page.

Are strollers allowed in the Museum?
Yes, strollers are allowed in the Museum.

Can I take photos or videos?
You can take photos or videos exclusively for private and non-commercial use. For any photography intended for print or digital publication or aimed at profit, prior authorization must be obtained from the Fondo Edifici di Culto (FEC). More information can be found in the F.E.C. section.

Can I bring a suitcase into the Museum?
Large bags or suitcases are not allowed inside the Museum. However, free lockers are available for storing such items. All stored items must be retrieved at the end of the visit.

How long does it take to visit the Museum?
A complete visit takes approximately 60 minutes.

Can I re-enter the Museum on the same day with the same ticket?
No, re-entry is not permitted. To optimize visitor flow and reduce queues, each exit is considered final.

Can I draw inside the Crypt?
Yes, drawing inside the Crypt is allowed as long as it does not interfere with the view or movement of other visitors. Please ensure respectful behavior to maintain a pleasant experience for everyone.

How many people are allowed per group?
Groups with a tourist guide can consist of up to 10 people and must use a radio guide system. For groups using audio guides, the maximum number of participants is 25. If a group exceeds these limits, it must be divided into subgroups in compliance with the above requirements.

Can I visit only the Crypt?
The visit includes both the Museum and the Crypt. It is not possible to visit the Crypt without also including the Museum.

Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes, tickets can be purchased online in the Tickets section.
