The Museum offers the possibility to rent the whispers. This service is mandatory for all guided tours (maxium allowed 10 people). Rental cost 1.50 € per person. Tickets for this service must be purchased at the Museum (not online). Mandatory the reservation.

Can I visit the museum for free?
Free admission is reserved for the following visitors (valid proof is required):
– visitors with disabilities and if expressly declared also the carer
– official national guides
– Capuchin friars
– children under 7 years
How can I buy a reduced ticket?
– visitors under the age of 18, over 65 and students aged between 18 and 25
– official international guides
– religious orders
Can I buy skip-the-line tickets?
No such service is offered.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets cannot be refunded, resold or used for another date other than the one booked.
What payment methods can be used?
Cash or any credit card.
Do I need to book tickets for children?
Only children under 7 years old are entitled to free admission.

Are wheelchairs allowed in the museum?
Wheelchairs are allowed in the museum.
Can I take pictures?
It is not allowed to take photos or videos. To get this permission you can find all the information in the F.E.C section
Can I bring a suitcase to the museum?
It is not possible to bring large bags or suitcases inside the museum, but free lockers are available. All items must be collected at the end of the visit.
How long does it take the visit?
The Museum is not very large, usually an hour is enough.
Can I enter the Museum several times in one day with the same ticket?
To help us manage the number of visitors and queues, any exit is final.
Can I draw inside the Crypt?
As long as you do not bother the sight or visit of other visitors you can draw inside the Crypt.
How many people can visit per group?
The maximum allowed for groups is 15 people. All larger groups must be divided into smaller groups.
Can I only visit the Crypt?
The visit includes the Museum and the Crypt.
Can I purchase tickets online?

You can access the Museum and Crypt only with a valid ticket which allows only one access and is not reusable. Please keep it carefully until the end of your visit. The staff is authorized to request the presentation of the ticket at any time. For those who show up after the closing time despite having a ticket cannot access it. Access to minors is not allowed unless accompanied by an adult. Being a sacred place, proper dress code is required, shoulders and knees should be covered. Large bags, and other objects that cannot be introduced into the museum itinerary, they must be left in the spaces provided. The service is free of charge. It is not allowed to bring food/drinks inside. Only the bottle of water is permitted. Pets as well cannot be brought inside the Museum. It is forbidden to photograph or film all along the visit.
The staff is authorized to ask you to cancel. Please follow all the directions carefully.
Guided tours can only be led by authorized guides, with an accreditation title. Explanations must be provided in a tone of voice that does not disturb or distract other visitors. The use of any type of amplification is not allowed. During the visit, the use of any digital device is prohibited. In general, appropriate and polite behavior is required. It is mandatory the use of the radioguides.
For guided tours it is required to book at least 2 weeks in advance, indicating the day and time of the visit and the desired language.

From booking to 4 days before the day of the visit, the cancellation fee is 50%. Starting from 3 days before the day of the visit and in case of no-show the cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the amount paid, you will therefore not be entitled to any refund.
